Housing for Hope Univ. Students

Wednesday, November 7, 2018 - Friday, November 9, 2018

A group of 16 students and 3 faculty from Hope International University (HIU)* in Southern California — Pastor Chris’ Alma Mater — will be in our area for an annual State Capital visit. In the past, LifePointe members have opened their homes to these students, to keep their costs down. This includes two nights’ stay (Wednesday and Thursday nights) and some meals.

Do you have an extra bed or two to host for 2 nights? Ideally, at least 2 or more students will be assigned to each host. Faculty prefers their own bed (or their own private room, if possible).

General schedule as follows:

Wed, Nov 7:
Hope carpool arrives around 6-6:30pm at LifePointe, disperses to host homes.
Dinner & overnight stay needed.

Thurs, Nov 8:
Breakfast needed.
Carpool leaves Elk Grove at 7:45am (Need to be at capital at 8:45am)
Carpool back in Elk Grove around 6:30pm
Dinner & overnight stay needed.

Fri, Nov 9
Breakfast needed.
Final departure of carpool from Elk Grove at 7:45am.
